目前英语水平处于能听和看的阶段，但是很难自己组织语言表达并且说出口。我希望通过语言交换的方式提高我的英语水平。

Hello, I am Pengwei, currently living in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China. I am a software engineer, and recently I have been wanting to learn English in order to find a development job in an English-speaking environment.
