Language.Exchange

I'm looking for meaningful language exchange.
I'm university student in korea and I hope someday working Abroad and traveling world.
I did myself try to improve my english skills but I found it is very hard.
So I'm waiting a person who can help me and who want get my korean skills and forming good friendship
especially speaking exchange will be best for me since I can almost understand written english but poor at speaking and listening
