I'd like to better my Japanese because in future I'd like to become a translator, to help make Japanese culture and media more accessible to the international community who may not know very much Japanese.
I'm looking for a decently long-term language exchange partner and friend. I've only seriously started learning the language recently and am normally busy with work so please ドンマイ if I reply slowly and speak broken Japanese most of the times
I have virtually native proficiency in English and some fluency in Indonesian so I'd be happy to help you with that.
Aside from that, my hobbies are reading novels, playing games, jump rope, and being outdoors when its sunny (does not happen often in the UK)

Ex English language teacher, now a physio. When not working I like running, kayaking, dance, photography, playing piano, watching Nordic noir or French crime series. On the to do list are windsurfing and skiing.
