Hi there, I’m a native Mandarin speaker currently studying in Osaka(Japan), also fluent in Japanese.
Have been studying English since kindergarden but mostly for exams. I can read and listen without much trouble but sometimes struggle to build sentences when speaking English. So I’m looking for someone to help me practice casual conversation(to a level that can handle with the small talks and talk about my hobbies comfortably with others). In return, I’d be happy to help you with your Mandarin or Japanese.
In addition I studied French for 3 semesters and Russian for 2 in college and able to understand some basic text in these 2 languages, but can't speak them at all.
I’d also love to brush up on them if possible
If you're interested in a language exchange, please feel free to reach out !

Hello! MY name is Alina. I'm from Japan and want to learn foreign language because I am a translator and want to broaden the field of my business. I translate mainly spiritual, philosophical or religious books written in English into Japanese. e.g. I'm translating books on Tibetan Buddhism now.
On reading others' profiles, I guess most of members of "language exchange" will be extroverted and outdoor people. But I'm a very inverted and indoor person. If it's OK, please send me a message.
