德语I have lived in Leeds for over 30 years now. I have always loved and been fascinated by current and ancient languages. When I was at school, I learnt french and german. Since then, I have learnt some italian, bulgarian and now I am trying to learn some basic mandarin. I enjoy travel, history, learning about cultures. I am going to China in the new year. I would like to learn a bit more chinese before then and after when I come back.

Hi! I love learning Mandarin but currently don't get much chance to practice speaking. I have been learning for a while and did live in China from 2008-2012. My understanding is not bad but my speaking ability is not great! I would love to be able to meet a native speaker who lives near Leeds so we can meet in person and I would be happy to help them if they want to practice English too but also happy to chat online.
My interests are music, reading, eating (!) and playing badminton and tennis.
