I am 27 years old, and relocating to the Netherlands in January 2022. I am an occupational therapist, busy with my masters degree. I was brought up speaking English, although I am also fluent in Afrikaans. Afrikaans has been helpful with my dutch journey so far. However, I would like to build confidence through daily and regular practice.

My I am originally from South Africa but reside in Mauritius for now.
Prior to moving to Mauritius, I spent some time in China, and Europe.
I enjoy travelling and hope to visit a few more countries every year.
My job is based around providing investment advice. While this is a great career, I am thoroughly of it and keen on setting up my own business again.
AS far as languages go, I know some Russian, very basic, a few words in French and basic conversation level in Chinese.
I speak fluent English and can assist anyone learning basic to advanced English.

Hello, my name is Tertius
I have been training kung fu for many years and think that I am missing out by not understanding the language because I cannot understand what some of my teachers are talking about and I can't read any texts
I am considering going to Taiwan to do a PhD in Biomechanics and I would like to learn and practice Taiwanese Mandarin and am happy to try and teach English in exchange. I'm also hoping to visit Taiwan towards the end of the year/beginning of 2024

I have a new found passion for learning the Korean culture and language. I currently have a tutor in Korea for the past month and do online classes 2 days a week, but for me to learn faster i would love to have a social language exchange buddy 😊 I love the outdoors and hiking has become my number one bestie!

科萨语Love adventure movies and historical fiction books. I am 23 years old and have a passion for writing and learning languages. I am a writer and will in a few months join the ranks of published authors.
I want to focus on European languages because I now live in Italy and have to rebuild my life here. I find being able to speak more than one language will be useful for everyday life and also to further my career as a writer.
