I am a male Norwegian master student of information science, who has spent time in California when growing up. I have a bachelor degree in Cognitive Science, and a bachelor degree in Japanese due to having too much spare time while doing the aforementioned. I am quite experienced in programming, and have taught it at several occasions in the university.

I'm a standard male student that works with information and communication design. I'm a big fan of modern technology and I have huge interest in being able to create visually appealing things. Like most other people I watch TV series and occasionally play video games as a hobby. I am fluent in both Norwegian and English as they are both mandatory languages in Norway's schools and I spend a lot of my time online, I'm willing to do my best to help others who are learning the languages. I'm practicing Japanese because I want to visit Japan on holiday trips from time to time. I'm very interested in both Japanese architecture and culture, but most of all I'm a big fan of Japan because of their technological progress and creative solutions! So far I can only read basic Hiragana, but I want to get better at learning both Katakana and Kanji as well. I want to engage more in the Japanese written language mostly because I just think it looks really cool. Having Japanese friends would also be pretty cool!

Hello, my name is Kristian. Im born and raised in Norway.  This last year i've been very interested in Japan. I've taken multiple trips to Japan and been having the time of my life. The only thing that's holding me back is the language barrier. So feel free to contact me if you could help me out with the Japanese. In exchange ill teach you some Norwegian???? Maybe some English aswell, but keep in mind im not a native English speaker so im not 100% fluent.

Hey My name is Asbjørn Haaland and I'm 30 years old. I'm half mix of Norwegian and Singaporean. I love asia and I love the culture. I've had Chinese and Japanese lessons at school but I feel i forgot almost everything of Chinese, and so so Japanese. I've learned german for 3 years at school but it's quite rusty. Hope to find someone to teach me any language and if not, i don't mind helping people practice their English or Norwegian. Looking forward for your message.
