Hi everyone! I'm Hsiang-Yu. I was born and raised in Taiwan and lived there for 25 years. I’m now an international student in the U.S., and since I’m still new here, I’d like to improve my English.
I’m looking for someone who wants to learn Mandarin or practice English with me.
In my free time, I enjoy playing volleyball and other sports, and I’ve recently started getting into snowboarding. I also love listening to all kinds of music.
By the way, I have a super cute dog — a Border Collie! He flew with me all the way from Taiwan to the U.S., and we’re starting this new chapter of life together.

I'm a game designer and professor looking to learn Japanese, as I've always wanted to learn Japanese and I am planning on taking a trip to Japan in 2023. I was hoping to find a pen pal that I could practice writing with. Maybe we could also text chat sometimes as well?
