中文 (普通话)I am a British research analyst with a strong interest in foreign policy, global security, and geopolitics. I am also a certified English as a second language teacher.
C1 level Danish is a requirement for the jobs I am applying for, so I am looking to push the accelerator, so to speak, on my Danish language learning. My reading and writing are way better than my listening and speaking - I am really struggling with Danish pronunciation.
I would also like to practise Mandarin - I lived in mainland China for two years and learnt Mandarin somewhat, but it's been a few years since I've practised. .

My name is Simon, and i'm born and raised in Copenhagen Denmark.
In my spare time i'm studying japanese, going out for runs, and play video games. I've been studying japanese for a long time, but i still feel like my Japanese doesn't come out naturally during conversations, so i'm looking for someone i can do language exchange with on this site.
