I'm living in Costa Rica. Until recently I was working for a fortune 100 company as a SharePoint Admin. I was fired 3/9 after telling them on 1/2/26 that i'd moved to Costa Rica, consequently, I have more time. I enjoy exercise, yoga, stretching, walking, bike riding, reading, practicing guitar and saxophone and i'm trying to develop a passion or at least an understanding of the basics of drawing.

I just retired and spend time volunteering, mentoring, exercising, and reading. While volunteering speaking Spanish would be helpful and satisfying. I have two dogs and a cat and live with my family.

Hey! I’m Paola. I’m originally from Panama, but I’ve been living in Costa Rica since I was 17. Right now, I’m studying physical therapy full-time and also working full-time, so life keeps me pretty busy. Whenever my schedule allows, I love volunteering in my area of study. I speak Spanish and English, and I’m currently on the crazy adventure of learning Japanese. In my free time, I play volleyball and practice karate—I’ve been doing both for a few years. I also love reading, music, and on my free days, I just enjoy staying home and recharging instead of going out.
