I believe that languages have the ability to give you a different view of the world - depending on the language that you are speaking at any given time. They allow you to interact with people and can open doors that might otherwise be shut to those people who haven't learned a language.
I have been studying French for some time now but in a very intermittent fashion. I would like to find a partner who can help me to consolidate my learning and help me to become more fluent. One of my strengths is that I am very organised and have done a lot of study in language acquisition so have some clear ideas on how to make the sessions very efficient and effective. Hopefully I can find someone who is keen to learn also so we can progress together.
I'm 54 and enjoy golf, photography, cooking and time with my family.
