Language.Exchange

I've been only been able to take a couple classes for Japanese and Mandarin since those were the only ones available in college. I want to work on these two first since I know more conversations in these two languages.
I've always wanted to learn Japanese since middle school, but I never had an opportunity until college to learn anything. After I took the only two classes offered, I wanted to learn Korean, however, they didn't offer any classes. I saw that there were Mandarin classes and it seemed like that would be another language I'd be interested to learn.
I wanted to learn German because I though it would be amazing if I could talk to my little cousin in Germany. I know next to nothing in German, but I know a couple of words.
I know how to read hangul and I know a couple of introductory sentences in Korean.
It would be amazing if I could find someone I could learn any of these languages from.
