Language.Exchange

Life is already beautiful in Taiwan..., if the language wouldn't be such a barrier. I have been studying Mandarin on and off since I arrived about a year ago and there is a decent amount for a basic conversation. I am looking for someone that would like to improve his/her german or english skills. It would be a casual chat while enjoying some good coffee (or even drink if you like). Neihu/ Dazhi/ Tianmu/ Shilin would be ideal, but no big deal if its somewhere else in the city. Any good places you can recommend? Looking forward to hear from you!
