I am 31 year old guy born and raised in The Netherlands. My girlfriend is Taiwanese and we're planning to visit her hometown later this year. I want to learn Mandarin so that I can have some basic conversations with her parents.

Would be nice to meet up weekly or bi-weekly over some drinks and teach each other. I am interested in meeting with any native Mandarin speaking person, but someone who's familiar with Taiwan and Taiwanese culture would be ideal.
