Language.Exchange

Hi, I lived in Japan for about 15 years.
I was an English teacher at that time.
Even though my wife & daughter speak Japanese at home, my Japanese is getting poorer & poorer.
I would love to do an exchange with a Japanese national!?
I was hoping to sometimes do it with my 11 year old daughter [ her Japanese is WAY better than mine] & would like to base our studies on the Japanese Proficiency test books.
Our hobbies are surfing, snowboarding, karate, hiking, mountain biking,
Music, movies & travelling.
We’re in the process of buying a house in Nagano.
As I’m a Paramedic, I work a rotating shifts, so I’m hoping to meet someone who is flexible on exchange days!?
We live in Merrimac, but, could meet up anywhere central on the coast.
