Hi! I'm Sophia, an 18-year-old student living in Glasgow.

I grew up speaking both English and Russian, so I'm happy to help with either language. I'm interested in languages, culture, travel, and meeting people from different backgrounds.

At the moment, I'm mainly focusing on French and Mandarin. My French is around B2/C1 level, my Spanish is around A2/B1, and I've also started learning Mandarin, German, and Polish. I'd like to learn Arabic and British Sign Language in the future as well.

Outside of languages, I spend a lot of time doing sports and trying new activities. I enjoy running, weightlifting, cycling, swimming, Muay Thai, stretching, acrobatics, and flying trapeze. I also like reading and writing.

If you're learning English or Russian, I'd be glad to help. I'm also happy to chat with people who are learning the same languages as me—we can practise together, share resources, and help keep each other motivated.
