I’m a native Canadian English speaker living near Toronto with a passion for learning languages.
我是加拿大的英语母语者，住在多伦多附近，并且对学习语言充满热情。
I’ve studied French, Japanese, and Spanish, and now I’m focused on learning Standard Mandarin.
我曾学习法语、日语和西班牙语，现在专注于学习标准普通话。
My goal is to connect with a language exchange partner for a daily 30-minute call, split into 15 minutes of Mandarin practice and 15 minutes of English practice.
我的目标是找到一个语言交换伙伴，每天进行30分钟的通话，分为15分钟的中文练习和15分钟的英文练习。
We’ll focus on basic sentences and conversation patterns.

I can help you with English pronunciation and fluency, and I’m eager for feedback on my Mandarin tones and pronunciation.

I currently know approximately 300 to 400 Hanzi characters and am working on improving my speaking skills.

Other than that, I am a very sporty person. I love long-distance running. I have recently finished a half-marathon (21km) in Osaka, Japan last November 2025 and I hope to train for the full marathon distance of 42km.
