FLUENT IN ENGLISH WISHES TO LEARN MANDARIN
Hello, I am a Filipino-Chinese born in the Philippines, and although I am not very fluent in Chinese (Mandarin), I am determined to learn Chinese. On the other hand, I am proficient in English and would be more than happy to assist anyone who wishes to enhance their English speaking skills.
