Pleased to meet you. I'm James, a native English speaker from London. 我的中文名字是 温博言。
Language has fascinated me for years and I love learning new things, I have recently started to learn Mandarin and would like to practice speaking with native Chinese speakers and I would be very happy to help them practice their English. It would be great to make some new friends also.
My current level is HSK2 - HSK 3 and I have been learning since January. I am hoping to take my HSK 2 and 3 exams in the next few months
A little about me: I work in the finance industry (banking) and I have many (too many) hobbies including running, playing piano, golf, travelling and photography. I also have three beautiful cats.

芬兰语I am Chinese-Canadian who was born in China, emigrated to Canada as a child to an English-speaking city. I also learned French in school. I studied German and Latin at university; starting in Canada, transferred by credits to Germany and finished my BA in Germany, during the course of which I also earned a "Latinum" in Germany.
I proceeded to study my MA in the Czech Republic, as well as having learned some Polish, Russian and Finnish, all for various reasons. I am the most fluent with Polish, as I was an international student while in Germany, in the same social group as the Polish students who also went to Germany for university.
In the personality typology system, I tested INTP. I cannot drink alcohol, as I am Asian, and I have what is called the "Asian flush."

Hi there, I joined this group to have some socialising time. I studied and worked in the UK for 17 years and I enjoy meeting people from different cultures and learning more about them. I speak several languages, but some of these are getting rusty. These are German and Korean.
