荷兰语I am looking for language partners, in order to better my English skills (especially to improve my listening comprehension and to enrich vocabulary) and also to learn to speak the basic Dutch. I started my new life here in the Netherlands about a year ago, but I know only a little Dutch at this moment. I would like to be at least a small Dutch speaker to go deeper into the society of this beautiful country and those open-minded friendly people here. On the other hand I mostly use English at work, and I have some difficulty in understanding my colleagues' English and in making myself understood enough in English when it comes to a complicated topic. I hope I will get acquainted with nice new people here!

Ich habe schon als kleines Kind gemerkt, dass ich Sprachen sehr gerne mag, weshalb ich jetzt auch Englisch und Französisch an der Universität in Wien studiere. Natürlich möchte ich meine Sprachenkenntnisse verbessern, bin aber gewillt jedem zu helfen, der Deutsch lernen möchte oder einen Partner sucht, der sein Deutsch üben möchte. Es ist von Vorteil, wenn du Englisch, Französisch, Schwedisch, Koreanisch, oder Thai sprichst, das ist aber kein Muss! Ich übe gerne mit Menschen, die einfach nur ihr Deutsch verbessern wollen oder wenig mündliche Praxis haben und daher etwas verunsichert sind :)

Hey, my name is Rafael, I'm 21 years old and I'm a German native speaker. When I was a kid, I noticed that I'm really into languages. This is why I started studying English and French at the University in Vienna. The main goal is to improve my language skills, however, I am happy to help anybody who wants to learn German or is looking for a partner to practice their German. It would be beneficial if you spoke either English, French, Korean, Thai, or Swedish, but you don't have to. I also like to practice with people who just want to improve their German or who want to gain more confidence in their oral language. :) Of course, I can also help you be more confident in English. I have been a tutor for 5 years already.
I have experience with teaching German as a foreign language (DaF/DaZ).

Je voudrais améliorer mon français et je cherche des francophones natifs pour pratiquer avec ! Le programme français à mon lycée était pas très bon et on pratiquait souvent pas le parler et l'écouter donc je voudrais les pratiquer maintenant parce que je prends actuellement un cours de français niveau 300 à l'université. C'est l'expression oral et l'art oratoire donc je devrai trouver comment mieux parler. Je pense que je suis très bien à la grammaire anglaise (depuis je le fais beaucoup d'attention je voudrais aussi l'aide avec ma grammaire française) et j'adorais aider les étudiants d'anglais ! J'ai beaucoup d'intérêt pour les langues, les cultures et la linguistique, mais en ce moment, français est ma langue préférée et je préfère aussi les francophones natifs qui viennent de France parce que je pense que je vais bientôt étudier là-bas. Maintenant, je crois que je suis probablement au niveau B1.

The French program at my high school was not very good and we didn't practice speaking and listening often, so I would like to practice now because I'm currently taking a 300-level French course at college. It is oral expression and public speaking, so I need to figure out how to how to speak better. I think I'm very good at English grammar (since I pay a lot of attention to this, I would also like help with my French grammar) and I would love to help students of English ! I have a lot of interest in languages, cultures, and linguistics, but right now, French is my preferred language and I also prefer native French speakers from France because I think I'm going to study there soon. Right now, I think I'm probably at the B1 level.
